Dana Anand India (DAIPL) held its Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) event in Pune. LSIP, which fosters the alignment of employees’ goals with DAIPL’s goals, has been the foundation of the company’s culture, and will be instrumental in the journey to achieve DAIPL’s targets for 2022.
