The first batch of the MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Leadership Awareness Managers Programme (LAMP) 2022, consisting of 20 Consistent Performers, successfully completed their course. The 21 days were an amazing learning experience, the purpose of which was to optimise self-awareness in order to adapt new habits and skills suitable for a changing world, and thus contribute to greater long-term success.
