- Yashaswini is from Dhummawad village and her family of five members live in a kutcha house. Her father works as a construction labour and mother as ASHA worker.
- Upon completing her Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KLE Polytechnic, she got placed at MAHLE, Chakan as an Operating Engineer in Dec’2021, at a monthly salary of ₹ 11. 5 K. Now she earns ₹ 17K p.m. With this her family monthly income has increased from 7K to 24K (243%).
- She got selected in ANAND ‘HOPE’ Higher Education for Operating Engineers Program, offering full-time B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering specialization in Smart Manufacturing at D Y Patil International University.
- With her financial support her sister is fulfilling her dream of becoming an Air Hostess and enrolled in Air Hostess training course in Bangalore.
