• Poornima is native of Dharwad. She lost her father when she was studying in 9th Std. Her mother worked as a domestic help to cater the needs of four children, all four are girls and Poornima is the eldest.
• Upon completing her Diploma in Precision Manufacturing in Dec’23 from GTTC Rayapur with 80%., she is placed at Makino India Pvt. Ltd Bangalore as a Trainee Engineer , at a monthly salary of ₹ 23.3K.
• Poornima was placed in Makino for in-plant training during her diploma course. The company offered her employment post training considering her performance.
