- Ms. Aishwarya is from a remote village Bathallapalli near Hosur city of Tamil Nadu.
- Her family comprises one sister, two brothers, father and mother. Her father is a street vegetable vendor earning ₹ 10K monthly and her mother is a home maker.
- Upon completing her Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Er. Perumal Manimekalai Polytechnic College, Hosur she got placed at CY Myutec ANAND, Chengalpattu as an Operating Engineer Trainee in July 2023, at a monthly salary of ₹ 14.5K.
- With this her family monthly income has increased from ₹ 10K to ₹ 24.5K (145%).
- Now she is supporting her siblings to continue their education and sharing responsibilities with her father.
