Youth Skilling programme in Gurugram

Sonam, 27 years, is a native of Bihar state and now resides at Gurugram on rent. Her family comprises of her father, mother and two elder sisters. Her father works in Assam Rifles, Indian Army. Sonam wanted to share the financial responsibilities of her father, as it was difficult for him to manage the family with his salary.

Sonam joined Computer Diploma course in 2015 through peer reference. Post completion of the training Sonam joined One Point One Solution company in Customer Service Department. With this her family monthly income increased from ₹ 20K to ₹ 29.6K (48%).

In 2022, she joined Agilent Technologies international PVT LTD as a Collection Specialist at ₹51K per month further boosting her family income.

Now she is supporting her family and pursuing post graduation in Business Administration.
