Youth Skilling programme in Gurugram
Deepika Devi, 27 years, resides with her father, mother, brother and sister-in-law on rent. Her father works in a private company as a Supervisor.
In 2019, she joined the Assistant Fashion Designer course at SNSF through peer reference. Post completion of the training she opened a boutique and started earning ₹ 12K per month.
With this her family monthly income has increased from ₹ 30K to ₹42K (40%).
Now she feels proud of herself, being able to share the responsibility of running the household with her father and brother.
