Youth Skilling Programme in Rewari and Gurugram

• Aman has 100% Speech and Hearing impairment. He is native of Bihar. As there was no employment opportunity and school for the deaf, 12 years ago his father moved to Muzaffarnagar, U.P. with family.
• His father works in a paper mill, mother is a homemaker and elder brother works on daily wages to support his father.
• After 12th std. Aman wanted to continue his education, but family finances were not favorable.
• Aman joined SNSF’s Packaging and Inspection course thru’ peer referral. Post completion of his training in Aug ‘23 he joined Mahle ANAND Thermal Systems Pvt. Ltd. In Greater Noida, U.P., in the grade of Operating Engineer Trainee, and now earns ₹ 13.8 K p.m..
• With this his family monthly income has increased from ₹ 15K to ₹ 28.8K (92%).
• Now he is contributing member of the family, sharing the responsibility of family with his father and brother.
