Youth Skilling Programme in Rewari

• Mamta’s family comprises of her father, mother, two younger sisters and a younger brother. Her father is a farmer and mother a homemaker.
• After completion of her graduation Mamta ventured beyond her comfort zone in search of employment to support her father. However, after numerous unsuccessful attempts, she found herself losing hope in her pursuit of a job.
• Mamta’s fortunes changed when she encountered the community mobilizer of the JIVICA Kendra. She enrolled in SNSF’s Assistant Beauty Therapist course and completed her training in May’23.
• Post training she joined Hair Web Unisex Salon and now earns ₹ 10K monthly. With this her family monthly income has increased from ₹ 12K to ₹ 22K (83%).
• This marked a significant achievement for Mamta, making her financially independent and contributing to her family’s economic well-being.
