• Sunil is from Bhiwani village in Haryana. He lives with his wife and son in Gurugram.
• Both Sunil and his wife are speech and hearing Impaired. He has 17-year-old son, who he is studying in 12th Class.
• After completion of training at SNS Foundation in 2022 his wife joined IBIS Hotel, Gurugram at a monthly salary of ₹15K.
• Sunil worked for 3 Years in odd jobs but not satisfied with the remuneration, he left work. To get better opportunities and to upgrade his skills, he too joined the Packaging & Inspection course with workplace readiness module at SNSF. Post– completion of training he joined Lemon Tree hotel as Housekeeping Attendant at a monthly salary of ₹15K, boosting his family’s income from ₹ 15K to ₹ 30K (100%).
