Discussions with authorities of Govt. High School, Thundalkazhni began around 2018/19.
The school with 229 students studying in Classes I – X, only had 2 classrooms, one large hall and a computer lab as its physical infrastructure

The primary section of 110 students in Classes I – V functioned out of the large hall which has partitioned using curtains
The high school section used the 2 classrooms and the computer lab to hold its regular classes
Recognizing the above critical gaps in the school’s infrastructure, HL Mando decided to take up infrastructure development at Govt. High School, Thundalkazhni as one of its CSR project.
