Life Skills are the ability of individuals to adapt and deal with challenges thrown at them in daily life.   SNSF has been conducting Life Skill Education (LSE) sessions for students of Class VIII to XII. However, with early onset of puberty, SNSF has begun to design courses for children in lower grades too.

These LSE sessions focus on equipping adolescents with knowledge and skills to transition smoothly from childhood into adulthood. Theory sessions are combined with activities to enhance learning experience. Building on this foundation, SNSF plans to introduce a digital curriculum on life skills titled ‘Youth LIFE’ which will be piloted soon.  Topics such as Self-Identity, Body Image, Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Goal Setting, Physical and Emotional Changes during Adolescence are covered under this programme.
